Rev. Angelika Schaefer will be offering a two hour workshop offering effective tools for transformation, releasing stress and anxiety and relaxing our nervous system to more easily connect with our natural essence, joy and ease. Modalities may include CongoMovement, Chanting, Brain Sync, EFT and more. Rev. Angelika will also be sharing music and inspiration at 10 am for the Sunday morning Gathering at CSL-TT, with potluck refreshments before the workshop at noon.
